Amanda grew up in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, and has always had a passion for food. Her love of food has taken her across the spectrum of food production, from specialty chocolate sales, to a fast-paced patisserie in Victoria, to a family-operated vegetable farm. Having grown up in a small rural community, Amanda places high value on local, sustainable production of food versus the large-scale conventional model of agriculture.
She values the philosophy behind Pasture to Plate’s integrated system, and is happy to help customers make the most of their grass-fed experience.
