Visit our PASTURE TO PLATE WHOLE ANIMAL BUTCHER SHOP in the heart of lively Commercial Drive. All the meats we order are P2P products and harvested at our own Chilcotin Harvest low-stress, on ranch facility. Our knowledgeable coworkers can help you making decisions on what meats to purchase and how to prepare them.

We make all our fresh sausages in house using just fresh meat and flavouring with things like organic spices, apple butter, cheeses and unrefined salt.

We receive lambs whole, pigs in halves and beef in quarters. Our butchers cut these all down into saleable cuts. We can do just about any cut for you if you have special requests as well!

Today you can also download our free butcher shop APP from the app stores for android and apple and conveniently shop from your phone for same day (or later) pick up! You can also order through our online web store and select for in store pick up rather than home delivery.
